Body Stress Release (BSR) is a precise, gentle way to reduce stress locked in the body and is very effective in reducing migraines. Although the cause of migraines is unknown, they are often associated with emotional stress.
BSR is a technique which views the body as a whole, and by releasing stress which has become locked-in over a period of time, the results can be life changing.
Steph, a recent client, is 45 and works in the NHS.
